TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. Using our site indicates that you accept the terms and conditions below.

2. PLACING YOUR ORDER

Please check the size guide appropriate to the item you wish to purchase before adding it to you basket.

Once you've added your item(s) to your basket, you will need to provide your billing; shipping and email address accurately.

Please review your order to ensure you're happy before proceeding.

​

Once you have submitted your order, you should receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received this. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.

​

Please note when you submit an order, this doesn't mean it has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us which we may refused for the following;

​

- Item listed on our website becomes unavailable

- Inability to acquire authorisation of your payment 

- We suspect you are an unauthorised user of the payment method used

​

Your order is processed as soon as it is submitted, thus the "contract" between us is formed. At this point it is not possible to cancel your order. alternatively you can return your unwanted goods, following the returns procedure which you can find below.

3. DELIVERY 

Please note we are not responsible for any delays once the order is despatched. If your order has not arrived by the 10th working day after purchase date, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Items will be despatched the same working day if you order before 3pm.

 

The images of the our products on on our site may vary slightly in colour from the items you receive. Although we display products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the item you receive appears the exact same as pictured.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges at this current time. If you need to exchange an item, please return it here, and reorder the desired item.

We will only accept returns as such if the item is in the original condition and packaging. Goods must also be unused and unwashed. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

​

We will only accept returns up to 28 days after the point you have received your items. Any returns received after this, will not be accepted. 

​

Please obtain your receipt as proof when sending your unwanted goods. Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email. You will then receive a notification when your return has been processed. Please allow 5 working days for your funds to be back in your account.

5. FAULTY PRODUCTS

You are within your right to return faulty/damaged goods. Items are thoroughly checked before despatch so this will not happen often. We apologise if this is the case and in such an event, please contact us immediately if you receive damaged/

faulty items.

​

If you discover that your Product is faulty after 28 days, we reserve the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.

​

We are not held liable for any damage due to misuse of products when in your care. Please check the washing and care instructions which can be found in product details, to ensure your item is properly maintained and to get the best out of the product!
