F A Q 

  • CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
    Products must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn and unwashed within the original packaging. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process! ​ Please obtain your receipt as proof when sending your unwanted goods back to us. Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email. You will then receive a notification when your return has been processed. Please allow 10 working days for your funds to be back in your account.
  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
    We currently do not offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds. If you'd like to know how to return your items, check out our returns information.
  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and how to use this number to keep an eye on your item(s). If your order has taken longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can help you. You can contact us via zedlift@outlook.com or, via the contact form which you can access here.
  • WHAT SIZE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
    Please check our size guides which can be found in the information section on our product pages. It's important you check the size guide specific to the style you are ordering as they vary slightly between styles.
